Carbohydrate electrolyte solution promotes endurance performance long-term endurance training during and improves water absorption during physical performance. Sports drink powder contains electrolytes, sea salt and in addition to carbohydrates, vitamin C. Usage

Use it like this: Mix 45 g (0.8 dl) of powder with 4.5 dl of cold water.

The carbohydrate content of the drink according to the instructions is 7.9% and the osmolality is 330 mOsm / kg.

The drink can be diluted with water to the desired carbohydrate content. We drink during sports performance.
