Usage

Use it like this: Start with a 5–7 day creatine loading phase where you consume about 1/3 of your body weight in grams per day (e.g. if you weigh 90 kg, you should consume 20–30 g per day). This amount will be divided into max. 10 g servings throughout the day. After the loading phase, do not consume more than half of this amount daily. Consume after working out on an empty stomach. Creatine is best absorbed when consumed together with a carbohydrate-rich drink. Mix 5 g of product with 300 ml of any drink. One scoop = 5 g (scoop included). Country of origin: China.
